2. Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The VCC was not delivered after successful payment.

  • The card details provided are invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery.

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a system error.

  • The service could not be provided due to a technical issue on our platform.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The card has already been used, partially used, or successfully added to a platform.

  • The card is declined due to merchant restrictions, platform policies, or regional limitations.

  • The customer entered incorrect information during purchase.

  • The customer changes their mind after delivery.

4. Verification Process

Before processing a refund, BasicVCC.com may request:

  • Order ID or transaction ID

  • Payment proof

  • Screenshots showing the issue

Our support team will review the request and respond within 24–72 hours.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
