Terms and Conditions
This particular agreement is hold in between us and the purchaser of our products and services. By accepting our conditions, the purchasers are bound to follow our terms and conditions. If it is violated, the user won’t be given access to our product and services.
License Grant
With respect to this agreement, the purchaser would be granted a non-exclusive, non- transferable and permission to use our products and services for the purchaser’s ethical purposes.
Restrictions
The purchaser is not allowed to:
• Do any sorts of unethical or illegal work with our services.
• Use it to abuse or harass others.
• Use it in such a way that would infringe the rights of others.
• Use it to violate laws and regulations of the country.
Support and Maintenace
We will provide all sorts of support and maintenance. If any services or products, require additional fees it would be mutually agreed by both the parties.
Termination
This agreement should remain intact as long as both the parties abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement. If the conditions are violated, the agreement would terminate on quick measures.
